This document defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of potential and current business partners (especially customers and suppliers) of Eurocompanies Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the Data Administrator.

When processing personal data, the Controller is governed by applicable legal regulations, in particular the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. o  the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

IV. Purposes of data processing and time of their storage

The administrator processes personal data only for the purpose of acquiring customers/suppliers, processing offers, orders/contracts and after-sales service of the offered goods and services and for the purpose of sending personalized business information, and in particular for the purpose of:

- creating an account on the website
- personal, telephone or e-mail contact
- sending required information, advertising and offers
- executing an order/contract
- processing a service or handling a complaint
- after-sales service
- possible debt collection
- adaptation of websites to user needs
- creation of reports and analysis regarding the functionality of the Services, including statistics on viewing pages

These data will be stored for the time necessary to fulfill contracts, including the provision of maintenance services (warranty and post-warranty). After this period, the data is stored only for the purpose of enforcing claims and sending personal business information.

V. Scope and method of data storage

The administrator collects personal data in the process of acquiring customers / suppliers, offers, fulfillment of orders / contracts and after-sales service of the offered goods and services. The administrator receives data that includes, among others: name and surname of a natural person (including business persons), his address, tax identification number, name and surname of a contact person in the company, position, department, e-mail and telephone number and in the case of using the Administrator's website, also the IP address of the device used by the User. Data is stored by the Administrator in a format that allows their transfer.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use selected website functions and to send offers, fulfill orders, contracts, maintenance and assembly services, etc.

The provision or other transfer of the obtained personal data to third parties or companies does not take place, if this data is not necessary for the proper performance of the contract, assessment of complaints or repairs within the framework of the warranty or for sending the catalog by regular mail. This applies especially to transport, forwarding, courier, assembly and service companies.

The Data Administrator also declares that, based on a written agreement, it has entrusted the storage and/or processing of personal data specified in the Personal Data Protection Policy to entities that provide the Administrator with, among other things, hosting, automatic marketing services and optimization of messages in the area of the Administrator's website .

Irrespective of the above, in case of separate consent of the Website User, his personal data is processed for the purpose of receiving business information, in particular sending the ordered newsletter to the specified e-mail address.

VI. Data collected automatically

The administrator informs that when using the website belonging to him, data is also collected automatically. This data can be collected by cookies and automatic marketing system.

The Administrator informs that from the moment the User connects to the website, information about the IP number and type of the User's end device from which the User connects to the website will appear in the system logs. The administrator informs that, in accordance with the law, it also processes data related to, among other things, the IP number and the type of the User's end device, as well as the time the User is connected to the website and other operational data related to the User's activity on the website. The described data is processed for technical purposes in order to adapt the website to the needs of the Users and collect general statistical information about the functioning of the website.

The administrator uses cookies for the purpose of:

- adapting the content of the website according to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the website
- recognizing the website User's device and its location and properly displaying the website adapted to his individual needs;
- remembering the settings chosen by the User and  ;customizing the user interface, e.g. with regard to the selected language or the region from which the User comes,
- remembering the history of visited pages on the Web in order to recommend content

- adaptation of the website content according to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the website. In particular, these files make it possible to recognize the basic parameters of the User's device and to correctly display the website adapted to his individual needs;

7. Profiling of advertising content in accordance with the interests of Website Users

The User can independently and at any time change the settings for sharing his location and cookies, setting the conditions for their storage and access to the User's device through cookies. Changes to the settings mentioned in the previous sentence can be made by the User using the web browser settings. These settings can be changed in particular to block the automatic processing of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their publication on the User's device. Detailed information about the options and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.

The user can delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser they use. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some functions available on the website.

VII. The right to access data, their correction, erasure or restriction of processing or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data

Anyone whose personal data is collected can ask the controller to:

- access to your personal data
- correction of personal data
- deletion of personal data
- restriction of processing of personal data
- object to processing
- transfer of personal data

In addition, anyone whose personal data is collected can object to the processing of personal data, in particular in the area of profiling of the Website User. To exercise the above rights, please contact the Administrator via email: office@eurocompanies.pl. The administrator will process the request of the person whose data is collected within 30 days. In justified cases, this period can be extended to 90 days. However, it should be borne in mind that deletion, restriction, transfer and objections to data processing will affect the services provided and may lead to the impossibility of providing them. This does not apply to obligations resulting from legal relationships that have been concluded with regard to legal requirements regarding, among other things, debt collection.

If the Data Controller requires consent to send commercial information by electronic means, the person who granted the consent has the right to revoke it. To do so, click on the consent withdrawal link provided in commercial communications or send a consent withdrawal email to office@eurocompanies.pl.

VIII. Data security

The data controller declares that it will endeavor to provide clients with a high level of security when processing their data. All events affecting the security of data processing must be reported to the e-mail address: office@eurocompanies.pl.

The Data Controller declares that it stores and/or processes the personal data specified in the personal data protection policy based on a written agreement between the entities providing the Controllers, inter alia, hosting, automatic marketing services and optimization of messages in the area of the Controller's website and in in the case of processing orders / contracts, complaints or requests for services: transport, forwarding, courier, assembly, service companies, etc.

IX. Final Provisions
Anyone whose personal data is collected by Sprivce has the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if he believes that the processing of personal data concerning him violates the relevant provisions on the processing of personal data: Act on personal data protection or the general regulation on personal data protection.

The data controller reserves the right to change this privacy policy by posting a new privacy policy on this website.
